This platform is dedicated to reaching out to Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Inclusive educators and advocates worldwide.
GLOSIN's core mission is to foster a global community where Special Education Needs educators and advocates can connect and network, sharing best practices that are culturally aware and informed
In today’s interconnected world, it is crucial for educators to collaborate and learn from each other's experiences, particularly in the realm of SEN and Inclusive Education
By understanding and learning about diverse cultural contexts and backgrounds, we can enhance our professional experience and create a more inclusive educational environment for all SEN students
Through GLOSIN, we aim to provide a platform where educators can exchange innovative ideas, support one another, and grow professionally. Together, we can build a network that not only promotes excellence in education but also embraces the rich diversity of our global community

Why GLOSIN?
Hi! I'm Natalie, a Special Education Needs Coordinator, DEI Lead, and the Founder of GLOSIN. The idea for GLOSIN was inspired after a conversation with a SENCO in Azerbaijan who, as the only professional in his area, was seeking connections with others in the field. At the same time, I frequently heard from parents of diverse backgrounds who felt isolated, sharing that their communities often lacked understanding and support for their child’s unique needs. As we live in a globalized world, it is important to inform our practice in a way that is culturally informed to better connect with all families and children.
I have worked on various inclusive educational projects in many Countries including Niger, Burkina Faso, Nepal, India and Italy.
GLOSIN was created to bridge these gaps, building a global network of special educators and inclusive practitioners with SEN children at the heart.
I’ll be your point of contact here, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to our community!
